These terms and conditions refer to the Cheltenham Festival (Races) 2025 referral raffle brought to you by Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd and Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.

Definitions

The ‘Referrer’ means a person who refers one or more candidates to Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.

The ‘Referee’ means the contractor who the Referrer is referring.

The Prize refers to 2 x tickets to the Cheltenham Festival (Races) 2025, which takes place between Tuesday 11^th March 2025, 1:20 pm – Friday 14^th March 2025. There will be also be a £100 “bar tab” provided to the winner.

A “successful referral” refers to a referral in which the Referee is in a position to sign up for the services of Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd. Referees must either be currently contracting or have a contract with a proposed start date.

Who can refer

Any recruitment consultant employed by a recruitment agency can make referrals. Recruiters are only eligible to enter this promotion and win the prize if they actively place contractors and freelancers in temporary roles.

Opening and closing dates

The Cheltenham Festival (Races) 2025 referral raffle is open from 9:00 am on Wednesday 19^th February 2025 and closes on Friday 28^th February at 5:30 pm. The prize draw will take place on Monday 3^rd March 2025.

Criteria for entry into prize draw

Each time a Referrer refers a Referee to Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd, they will be entered into the raffle. The more referrals made, the more entries into the raffle.

A referral is successful if the referee meets the qualifying criteria to become a client of Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or an employee of Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.

Referrals qualify for this promotion if received between 09:00 on Wednesday 19^th February 2025 to 17:30 on Friday 28^th February 2025.

Rules of the draw

Referrals should be made directly with a Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd employee via email, text, WhatsApp message, or telephone call and should include the referee’s full name, email address, and telephone number.

Each time a Referrer refers a Referee to Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd, they will be entered into the raffle.

There is no limit to how many times a Referrer can enter this competition.

There is 1 Prize for the Referrer who wins the raffle prize draw.

The Prize will be drawn at random on Monday 3^rd March 2025, and the winner will be contacted the same day.

The winner will receive the Prize by email, registered post or delivery in person by a Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd employee.

All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted by 5:30 pm on Friday 7^th March 2025, their prize will become void.

Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd and Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd have the sole discretion to determine if a Referrer qualifies for the Prize, subject to these terms and conditions. The decision cannot be challenged.

The Prize is not transferable to any other person and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Prize should be used in compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated therein.
