May 2018 Promotion for Returning Clients
1. The ‘Promoter’ is Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd
1.1 ‘Returning Client’ is a previous client who has left the Promoter’s service in the past. Returning Clients may include those who will transfer to the Promoter from another accountant, open a new company through the Promoter, or choose to bring their existing company to the Promoter.
1.2 The ‘Opening Date’ is the date the promotion commences
1.3 The ‘Closing Date’ is the date the promotion will end
1.4 The ‘Offer’ is the discounted monthly accountancy service which the Promoter is offering to Returning Clients.
2. Limited time offer – available only to Returning Clients of the Promoter
2.1 In order to be eligible for the Offer, Returning Clients can only initiate the sign up process with the Promoter between the Opening Date and Closing Date.
2.2 The Returning Client is only eligible for the Offer where they have been made aware of the promotion by the Promoter directly via email, online via the Promoter’s website or by phone directly.
2.3 The Returning Client will not be a referral made by another individual or recruitment agent.
2.4 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the Offer as necessary.
Opening and Closing Dates.
3. The Opening Date is Thursday, 3rd May 2018
3.1 The Closing Date is Thursday, 31st May 2018
4. The Promoter is offering Returning Clients a reduced monthly fee of £135 +VAT per calendar month to use the Promoter’s service.
4.1 The Offer applies only to the Promoter’s Professional limited company accountancy package.
4.2 The Offer cannot be transferred to another of the Promoter’s services.
4.2 The Offer includes no transfer fees as long as the Returning Client is not within 6 months of their company year-end.
4.3 If the Returning Client’s company is within 6 months of their company year-end, additional transfer and backdating costs may be incurred by the Returning Client. This is for the Promoter to be able to bring the Returning Client’s company up-to-date.
